By downloading, installing, or using Goalie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Goalie is a social goal tracking application that allows you to create and track goals, habits, and milestones; journal your progress; collaborate with friends; and participate in social circles. The App is provided by Infinite Realm Holdings ("we", "us", "our").
To use Goalie, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Goalie offers the following tiers:
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Goalie, including goals, journal entries, posts, messages, and photos ("User Content"). By sharing User Content through social features, you grant us a limited license to display that content to your intended audience within the App.

You agree to use Goalie only for its intended purpose. You may not:
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, XP/leveling system, and all associated trademarks, is the property of Infinite Realm Holdings and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers and your device. This action is irreversible. Deletion of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
Goalie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Goalie is a goal tracking tool and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Any health, wellness, or financial goals you set are your own responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Realm Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
